Hey everyone, Nemanja here with the new chapter from our LimoExpress adventure, continuing our LimoExpress story. Last time we left off at the exciting moment of evolving our UX sketches into a functional prototype. We've tackled initial challenges, assembled our dedicated team, and now we're diving into the next big adventure: shaping LimoExpress with market input.
Our first demo was a hit and the feedback we got was great. We learned about the day-to-day of limo agencies, the legal side of things, and the nitty-gritty that our clients deal with every day. It’s all about the details – like who's paid their fare and who's getting picked up next.
We kept rolling with our agile way of working, letting client feedback lead the way. Remember the "Dutch system" I've talked about? That's been our guidepost, keeping us focused and committed.
The second round of feedback was even better. A seasoned consultant from Montenegro's limo scene told us we're on the right track. He helped us see new possibilities, like generating contracts and managing driver commissions—real game-changers for our app (the platform as a whole).
We jumped back into development, fueled by this feedback and ready for more sprints. We've been careful to build what clients really need, not just what we think is cool. That's why we were keen to get LimoExpress out there as soon as possible—to see what the potential users think and make sure we're spot on with what the market wants.
Sure, there's a bit of risk in launching early, but we were taking that leap to make sure we created a product that fits the exact needs of the industry. And we were making double-sure everything works just right. LimoExpress was solid, with unit tests and monitoring checks to keep things running smoothly.
Our guiding principle was clear: we can't offer a product that doesn't work perfectly. That's why we've pushed the boundaries of technology to ensure LimoExpress functions flawlessly. We performed rigorous testing, hosted it on AWS for unbeatable reliability, and conducted every possible check and validation. LimoExpress was fortified with comprehensive unit and integration tests, and integrated with Slack for instant issue tracking, alongside crash analytics tools. If there's ever an issue, we're likely already fixing it or have it fixed, ensuring that users’ experience is seamless and dependable.
So here's where we're at: still coding, still testing, and still listening to the market. LimoExpress isn’t just an app; it's becoming a cornerstone of how limo services will work. We're building something big, and we're pumped for everything that lies ahead of us.
Once again, thanks for coming along on this journey with us. There's more road ahead, and we're glad you're here for the ride. Stay tuned for the next update – the best is yet to come. 🙂
