As 2023 drew to a close, our team was fully engaged in fine-tuning LimoExpress's go-to-market (GTM) strategy, laying out a comprehensive plan that covering business development, sales, and strong marketing approach. We identified and selected strategic channels that promised the maximum impact, ensuring that every aspect of LimoExpress, down to the details like the icon for shared links and the sharpness of our pitches.

A significant milestone in our journey was the formation of our sales team. This step was crucial as we prepared up not just for regional operations but also eyed international markets with keen interest. We developed key performance indicators (KPIs) for each territory, aiming to quantify our successes and areas for growth in both familiar and uncharted territories.

A breakthrough moment came following a PR article in Montenegro's largest media outlet, which led to an unexpected yet welcome flood of phone calls. People from various quarters reached out, eager to offer help, promote our vision, or simply learn more about what we were creating. This wave of interest also brought potential clients to us, ready to discuss how LimoExpress could transform their operations.

In every interaction with third parties, whether they were potential clients or just people interested in what we were doing, I made sure to be heavily involved. Following Mark Cuban's example, I engaged directly, aiming to understand their needs, expectations, and how LimoExpress could serve them better. This approach didn't just build stronger connections; it provided valuable insights that helped refine our product and strategy.

Up until the end of 2023, the journey had been full of positive signs. The quality of the feedback and the clear market need for LimoExpress had been encouraging, confirming the viability and necessity of our solution in the limo service industry.

Up until today, all the hard work we put in last year has really paid off for LimoExpress. There's a lot of excitement from our team and everyone using our app. We've done more than just start selling a new product; we've begun changing how limo services work. Thanks to our careful planning, our hard-working team, and everyone who supports us, we're making a big difference.
